MB Cycles womens team won the 3-day of New Zealand. Amber Halliday, riding for the MB team, attacked with 50km to go on the last 125km stage. After breaking away from the foeld, Amber established a gap of 5min at the base of the 12km Admiral Hill climb. Amber won the stage and as aresult, won the tour.

In the one-day international, Gina Grain of MB Cycles, placed 3rd behind Chloe Hosking and Rochelle Gilmore.
